Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including company law, labor law, tax laws, and other regulations related to the business.Board Meetings and AGMs: Assisting in conducting and managing board meetings, annual general meetings, and other meetings as required by the company.
Statutory Filing: Filing statutory returns and forms with the appropriate authorities, such as the Registrar of Companies, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), and others.
Record Keeping: Maintaining proper records and registers, including minutes of meetings, share certificates, and other important documents related to the company.
Corporate Governance: Ensuring adherence to good corporate governance practices and codes, including the Companies Act and the SEBI regulations.
Legal Compliance: Providing legal advice and assistance to the company on various legal matters, including contract management, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Secretarial Audit: Conducting secretarial audits and ensuring that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
