Job description
* To prepare all the technical data sheets for tender submission in Detailed Project Report, Independent Engineer, Authority’s Engineer / Construction Supervision, Operation & Maintenance tenders.* Manages and provides all kinds of assistance for tender compilation, and agreement documentation with the project team, legal and finance team to ensure viability, legality, interpretation and ease of administration.
* Preparation of Activity Schedule & Work Schedule on MS Projects.
* Coordinating and maintaining business relationship with Joint Venture partners for joint bidding.
* Visiting various Govt. Offices, Private Clients as and when required.
* Preparing the Bid Analysis (Technical & Financial).
* Attending the meetings for pre-bid, clarification, technical & financial opening of tenders.
* Maintaining document Database of business development department.
* To assist in Tenders / Qualifications compilation, downloading tenders, RFPs, RFQs, Pre-qualification documents through internet. I also take part in tender activities like Attending Technical/Financial bid openings on behalf of company.
* Tender Qualifications & Pre-qualification compilation, Downloading Online RFPs, RFQs, RFAQs & EOI, and Compiling the Techno-commercial proposal as per client's requirement and presenting to the management for approval.
* Drafting Business Letter, Update Company Profile, MIS, Maintaining records i.e., Original Power of Attorneys, Joint Venture Agreement and other relevant agreements, Bank Guarantees pertain to tenders.
* Review the LOI / LOA & Agreements in line with offer submitted and gives acceptance of it and post Bid Compliances
