Key Responsibilities:Planning & Coordination:
Review and validate MEP designs and shop drawings submitted by consultants/contractors.
Plan MEP activities in line with the overall project schedule and monitor progress.
Supervise execution of HVAC, fire-fighting, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and ELV systems.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Inspect installation works and conduct quality checks as per approved plans.
