Roles and Responsibilities:Manage contract administration, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, claims, and variations with clients and subcontractors.
Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation related to all contractual processes.
Oversee sub-contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
Develop and implement effective contract planning and management strategies to align with project schedules and budgets.
Ensure timely completion of contractual obligations while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with internal project, legal, and finance teams for seamless contractual execution and risk mitigation.
