Arunima Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated road EPC company having experience in design and construction of various road/highway projects across Uttar Pradesh in India. In addition to our EPC activities, we own one operational road project constructed and developed by us on a Bill of Quantity ("BOQ") basis and four road projects under the Engineering Procurement & Construction Model ("EPC") have been awarded to us of which three projects are currently under construction. Our primary business operations are broadly divided into two categories: (i) civil construction activities, under which we provide EPC services and (ii) manufacturing activities, under which we process bitumen, aggregates manufacturing. Our Company was incorporated on 07 July 2018. Since then we have gradually increased our execution capabilities in terms of the size of projects that we have bid for and executed. Ever since the first ever project completed by the Company, our actions have been guided by the sole objective of delivering value. While we execute a majority of our projects independently, we also form project specific joint ventures and consortiums with other infrastructure a nd construction companies. In particular, when a project requires us or our consortium partners to meet specific eligibility requirements in relation to certain projects, including requirements relating to specific types of experience and financial resources, we enter into such partnerships or consortiums with other infrastructure and construction companies
