• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards to members of a work group in order to accomplish tasks.
• Responsible for Bill certification for various contractors at site, ensuring proper reconciliation details are maintained and cross checked during the project and at final closure.
• Responsible for execute the work according to the drawing & Give Layout as per approve drawing.
• Dealing with client for drawing issues in execution of project right from the excavation to finishing.
• Preparation of Day wise, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual Progress reports.
• Testing of materials and structures i.e. concrete sampling, trail mix, Cube & material testing for building.
• Quantity calculation of RCC & BBS Preparation & Providing technical guidance and support to sub- ordinates, contractors for Queries.
• Ensuring Quality control and safety work environments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
