From April ’2018 I was promoted & posted at Kolkata regional office. In the regional office, I have taken the individual responsibility of eastern region all sites purchase department as follows – After receiving the materials indent from site first of all reconcile with the BOQ of the project, then collecting quotation from vendors, & after best negotiation with selected vendors make the order with a comparative statement. After giving the order to vendor following them for the materials as per order norm’s till the material reach in site. Making liability statement month wise & collect the monthly stock statement from all sites & send those statements to my seniors.
