opening stock as per reports on daily basis specially for running items.
• Verify all the incoming materials loading & unloading.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Reconciliation of HSD.
• Reconciliation of physical stocks of materials with system stocks.
• Reconciliation for purchase order with MRN.
• Verify all the last day activities of in and out of the materials.
• Data Entry with EIP 4.0
• Maintaining store documents like Vendor invoice, free issue material,
contractor's issue slip.
• Updating store materials stocks on bin card on daily basis.
