1. Control over all activities in Stores Department, and ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
2. Maintain proper records & Maintenance of Inward & outward register.
3. Prepare monthly & Weekly stock statement after physical verification and reporting HO timely.
4. After material receiving GRN Prepared and Reporting to HO & Reserve particular material for a specific job when so required and purchasing & fabricating the hardware material as per proper drawing.
5. Maintain contractor wise effective Issue record and after consumption recovery the materials from the site and also checked the contractor Bill.
6. Preparing Final Settlement of Contractor with Material Reconciliation.
