• Supervision of overlay/resurfacing during year 2009-2010, 2015-2016 & 2020-2021 on the project highway NH-08(NH-48) From Km. 273.500 TO Km.363.885. • Responsible for day-to-day Execution of highway construction from C&G, earthwork i.e. Embankment filling, sub grade-construction and GSB, WMM, DBM, BM, BC, DLC, PQC and Road markings, pavement quality concrete and Project facilities.etc as per approved drawings /plans. • Certification by scrutinizing bills raised by EPC contractor. • Managing the E.P.C. contractor’s claims, progress of work, Quality. • Setting up of targets and micro-planning for achieving the same. • Preparation of COS(Change of Scope). • Preparation of yearly civil maintenance budget. • Preparation of Cross Sections for billing of quantities and realization of the same. • Implementing QA QC Procedures as per contractual agreement. • Preparation of Sub Contractors’ bill and payment for the same. • Coordination between client and consultant for all necessary approvals relating to the project. • Preparation of Cost analysis of all the items related to the project and ensuring execution of the same within the cost. • Indenting in SAP / Follow up. • Compliance of Works Related to NCPSN's & OMIR.
