excavation of the 22mtr Triple Track Cavern- Heading Benching to Six Stages of excavation and Escape tunnel excavation. • Executing and monitoring the various works in Triple Track Tunnel 750 mtr length, Dia 20.5 mtr and height 12 mtr height. • Executing and monitoring the work of various tunnel activities i.e. Permanent Invert, Temporary Invert, Heading and Benching, 4 Stages excavation and also 6 stages excavation. Support system according to different support classes including Pipe-roofing/Fore-polling (116.3 mm dia seamless pipe, 76.1 mm dia SDA Pipe & 48.3 mm dia perforated MS pipe). Lattice Girder and RIB’s, single layer wire mesh, shotcrete (PFRS & SFRS) and Rock Bolts (SN, SDA, Swellex Bolt) etc. • Executing and monitoring the various work in Escape Tunnel of dia 6 mtr and height 8 mtr including support system according to different support class. • Executing and monitoring of fore polling, probe hole, pressure relief hole, reinforcement etc. • As per drawings and Instruction of Geology. Taking care of primary and final support of tunnel faces. • Management of machinery and manpower for construction work. • Preparing all reports (RFI’s and ATSS with support measurement sheets, documents for billing purpose and DPR).
