Successfully completed the 25 habitations (LT Line bare to LT ABC) 100 CKM LT ABC with in the 6-month tenure with JMS certification and Sub-contractor billing and final reconciliation. • Material reconciliation of Sub contractor and client • Engineering Drawing and GTP Approvals • Developed loyal customer base and increased sales volume through personal attention to customers. • Retaining rapport with customers and stakeholders and collate sensitive inputs to maintain an edge above other competitor. • Developed proposals for separation of Tender Packages in identical and addressable scope of work across other business sectors. • Handled all employees’ relations, including solving problems within my expertise. • Established strong relationships to gain support and effectively achieve results • Responsible for post sales customer support by capturing and analyzing feedbacks from active clients to strengthen relationships with future and present clients. • Single handedly supervised the survey of 11kV HT and LT line, which constituted to 120 circuit kms. for 3 blocks at Vaishali Site under DDUGJY scheme (UPD) • Preparation and approval of Single Line Diagram and BOQ of 11kV HT and LT line for 3 blocks (Mahua, Rajapakar and Garaul) at Vaishali Site under DDUGJY scheme (UPD) within a span of 1.5 months • Consistently handled 45 Nos GTP Approvals, 260 Nos Engineering Drawing Approval and Vendor Approval for all jobs under Bihar Cluster-UPD from Client (NBPDCL and SBPDCL)
