• Coordinate among Sales, Engineering, Operation, Logistics and Customers and ensure that the projects completion on deliverable time. • Study client’s requirement and specifications and reflect them designs and procurement department • Validate technical specifications/contract as requirements • Proactively identify potential issues • Supervise projects & make detailed micro level plans to accomplish goals. • Ensure milestone dates and deliverable are met (i.e. drawings Approval, manufacturing completion dates, Dispatched Date, sequence of dispatched etc….) • Support and engage in a collaborative work environment between Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Manufacturing • Frequently review project costing and service performance • Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives • Conduct meetings with consultants or clients on technical matters as per business needs. • Control all project execution and frequent Visit site for providing technical enhance to team for achieve target and all milestone of project
