As a Quality Engineer responsible for all types of Lab and site quality activities. Checking of all construction materials like Fine & Coarse aggregate, WBM Material, Brick, Admixture, Cement, Steel suitability in Lab, conducting 3rd party, IS standards & Approved ITP. Conducting and reviewing Concrete Mix design of grade M-15 to M-40 as per IS Code and Self Compaction Concrete (SCC). Maintaining all the documentation related to testing of Aggregate, Cement, Steel, Concrete, Soil. Regular Submission of Monthly Quality Report. Monitoring of all site activities like Reinforcement, Shuttering & Mass Concreting, compaction work of each layer of Sub Grade and WBM layers, cross sections, plan, Profile and Structural work. Finishing work (Tiling, Putty, PU painting) VDF flooring. Epoxy flooring.
