1. Regular site inspection and checking as per approved checklist. 2. Monitoring Batching plant and report collection regularly. 3. All incoming material checking as per project quality plan and maintaining all required documents. 4. Co-ordination with external laboratory for incoming material third party test as per PQP. 5. Co-ordination with third party for calibration of all laboratory equipment as per frequency. 6. Prepare Mix Design and Trial Mix as required. 7. Prepare monthly observation reports and closing Nonconformance report which issued by client.
