ADMIN: Maintaining Admin Activities Expenses Like printing (ID, Visiting card, Reports etc..), House Keeping, stationery, Couriers, Bank Account Opening for employees.
EMPLOYEE WELFARE: Maintenance of Personal files, Leaves of staff and workmen.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Preparing payroll reports incorporating details like monthly attendance, absenteeism reports, PF, ESIC etc deductions using payroll package, and also all statutory returns of Govt. departments like PF, ESIC etc., Calculation of Bonus, - Gratuity, - Leave Encashment .
MONITORY FUNCTIONS: Leave Management - Payroll Administration - Salaries / Wages Disbursement - Maintaining Personnel Files - Verifying and sanctioning of bills related to Employees, Canteen, Travel Agencies, Couriers, Hotels, and General Administration.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION: Reporting to Sr. Manager (HR) & Units -Preparing MIS Reporting - Heading the total Establishment Security, Contract Labour etc.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES: P.F returns - ESIC returns - Factories Licenses & Returns – Shop & Establishment Registration & Renewal - Contract Labour Licenses & Returns – BOCW Licenses & Returns - ISMW Certificate & Returns etc.
LIAISON WORK: Dealing with Government Bodies like Provident Fund Office, Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Inspector of Factories and ESIC Inspector, Labour Department etc.
RECRUITMENT CYCLE: Short listing profiles - Scheduling personal interview – Assist to Recruitment process – Offer Letter – Appointment Letter- Issuing Relieving Order & Service Certificates, KYC Maintain (Hard & Soft Copy).
