• Execution and supervision of Viaduct Structure construction and co – ordination with clients.
• Organize staff rotation as per site requirement in co-ordination with seniors to stick to work programmed.
• Review of drawing, specification, modification required to suit to prevailing site conditions.
• Appraise the Project in Charge regularly on various issues where in timely decisions are needed from the clients.
• Report periodically the progress of works to the Project in Charge.
• Reviewing the work programmed, variation order, methodology preparation. Compilation of interim payment on the basis of built up records.
• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report, day to day supervision of various structural activities i.e. Billing & Planning in ERP System.
• Preparation of Client Bill & Petty Contractor Bill.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for every structure and Maintain the Steel Yard.
