Task assigned includes supervision of the construction works. Checking of all designs and ensure execution of work at site. Monitoring the work as per quality, review design and survey as per Standards & Specification and coordinating with Client and staff etc. by frequent site visits and liaison with Client. Invoicing, monitoring expenditure and procurement related to the project, Co coordinating with staff, identifying the training needs for improving the performance, implementing safety measures at site works and providing operational input in development of projects. Controlling and deployment of heavy earth work equipments at site. Identify the borrow areas and quarry to suit the pavement layer like Embankment, sub grade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC etc. Preparation of work programme in consultation with consultants for timely completion using CPM and PERT techniques. Study and modify the DPR drawings as per site conditions.
