 Interact with Engineers of Clients and contractors.  Review of execution of constructional activities survey, investigation, planning designing.  To assign duties to the Junior Field Engineers to supervise the Work of Execution.  Monitoring and checking the day-to-day work executed.  Coordination with Material Engineers and Quantity Surveyor and sub staff in various stretches.  Review the Design and Constructional techniques .  To monitor the sub staff to supervise works of Survey, lay-out, concrete production, Transportation of concrete, concrete placement, Reinforcement checking as per the approved drawings, staging for super structures for the construction of Roads and Bridges.  To check and certify the Measurement.  To monitor the sub staff to supervise works like Earthwork, pile Foundations, sub base, wet mix macadam, Granular sub base, and Asphalt layers of Bituminous macadam, bituminous concrete etc according to Designed specifications.
