• Preparation & Execution of OGL, taking of Level of original ground Level. • Preparation & Execution of Embankments Layers, Sub grade Layers according to their design Level in the tolerances as per Morth. • Preparation & Execution of GSB Layer according to their design Level by peg method in the tolerances as per MORTH. • Quality control and Billing work for all Road, Drainage work and construction materials. • Site planning including scheduling for manpower, equipment and materials. Measurement of Dismantled works like as BT Roads, Concrete work, iron works, Hume pipes, brick works etc. • Site planning for Safety in Highways work • Preparation of laying DLC & PQC Road as per design. • Responsible for resource mobilization and management. • Execute work at site as per the project plan, ensure compliance with the safety norms and minimize wastage. • Report on the progress of the works to the project-in-charge on a daily basis. • Responsible for timely submission of monthly labor-bills, etc. • Responsible for preparation and certification of final bills and reconciliation of material. • Responsible for liaison with client/consultant. • Responsible for motivating and managing site personnel as a team lead. • Responsible for timely completion of project within the given time frame and maintaining quality of work at all stages as per specifications.
