• Project Detail: - Here we are performing Operation & Maintenance of Jaisalmer-Barmer Section Of NH-15/68 to Two/Four Lane With Paved Shoulder Km 0.000 to 122.880 & 144.500 to 153.034 (Length 131.414 Km) & Bagundi-Barmer Section of NH-112/25 to Two / Four lane with paved Shoulder from km 254.800 to 328.900 (Length 74.1 Km) under NHDP-IV in the State of Rajasthan on EPC mode.
• Reports as per CA: - Preparing and Submission all types of reports like. DPR, MPR, Accidental reports, Monthly Compliance, Monthly/Quarterly Billing with Price Escalation, Daily/Monthly Programme, test (BBD & RI with Bump Indicator), Pre/Post Monsoon Inspection report, Daily/Detailed inspection, all type of Correspondence drafting and Documentation to the IE/AE/NHAI on timely manner as per CA.
• COS Works: - Preparing & Submission of COS Proposals as per current BSR to IE/AE/NHAI, Execution of work at Site, Submission of bill and payment from authority. Also execution of Balance/Left out works during implementation time.
• Budget & Work Order Management: - Preparation of monthly and yearly budget sheet of maintenance department, Preparing of BOQ, Estimating & Costing, Negotiation with the Contractor/Vendor, Preparing of Purchase request and taking approval from O&M Head, Work Execution, Bill certification and Payment process for all maintenance and rectification works as per budget availability.
• Liaison: - Liaison with IE/AE/NHAI, Contractor, JDVVNL & local administration. Handling more than 45 member team with all type coordination with corporate/Head office team.
• Incident Management: - Managing all type of emergency response team like. Route Patrolling, Ambulance & Crane/Hydra during accidents, Encroachments and Monsoon season.
• Electrical Maintenance: - Preparing new connection file, Submit Application, Taking connection from Department, Purchasing of Consumable, Street light maintenance, Bus Shelter Lights Maintenance, Bill Verification & Payment and Solar Blinker Maintenance within budget & taking steps towards cost saving.
• Maintenance Activities: - Execution of Operation & Maintenance of project highway including Pavement, Structure, Road Furniture, Project assets, Highway Drainage System, Earthen Shoulder, Toll plaza buildings, Toll booths, Canopy, Horticulture, Stock Management, manpower arrangement & deployment and Vehicle maintenance, Insurance & management.
