    • Overall supervision on all sites activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications, agreed procedure, method statements as per QMS STANDARDS & client satisfaction. • Preparation of all documents related to inspections & attends inspections with the client for all activities of the site. • Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests. • Conducting day to day testing of all Borrow Areas, GSB, WMM, Cement, and same shall be submitted to Material Engineer for verification and after Approval keeps records in laboratory update. • Conducting to all mix Designs and same shall be submitted to Material Engineer for verification and after Approval keeps records in laboratory update. • In advance planning and co – ordination with execution representatives for daily production and testing. • Proper planning for routine material to be tested in side laboratory. • Jointly collecting samples from borrow area pits / Quarries like and coarse aggregate / Existing Road of respective item for its confirmatory Testing. • Attending for production from Wet Mix Plant and Concrete Batching Plant & Hot mix Plant. • Fortnight and monthly material and Quality Control statement shall be submitted to Material Engineer for billing purpose.
