Having about 3 Years 10 Month of experience in field of Construction.
Maintain lab Control test as per quality assurance programmed and frequency.
Will Versed Indian standard code& MORTH & CALIBRATION testing.
All relevant type of material Sampling, testing and preparation of test report.
To do calibration of Rapid Moisture Meter (RMM), FDD cylinder, concrete Plant, HMP,
and WMM Plant , Preparation of laboratory Monthly progress report.
Sampling and Testing soil of Borrow Area and Identification of Its Suitability
for Embankment and Sub -Grade layer.
Testing of ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) as fineness,CONSISTANCY Initial & Final
Setting time, Compressive Strength of cement as per IS: 4031
Checking of grade of Bituminous (Asphalt), Softening Point, Pen etration Value,
Ductility,Vi scosity , and Specific Gravity Bituminous as Per IS (1201 -1220).
Material testing and quality control ,such as Checking of Gradation of GSB,
WMM, DBM,BC, DLC ,PQC,Concrete Strength, AIV,FI&EI, SP Gravity& Water
absorption,LOS Angles Abrasion value test,10% fine Value, LL, PL, Field Dry
Density .
