Quality Incharge of all vendors under Vedanta/Balco Execution Engineer. Looking after the civil quality of CAST HOUSE,LCS,POTLINE,BAKE OVEN,SRS,ANODE RODDING,RAILWAY LOADING & UNLOADING. Check all the quality test of plant which include trial mix, cement test, aggregate and sand test, slump test and cube test etc. For the preparation of surface also check all the quality test of soil starting from MDD and Core Cutter & and Relative density and sand replacement for sand and stone dust. Attending all the RFI raised by vendors and issue NCRs if any work is not as per drawing and IS-CODE.. Coordinate with contractors on daily basis regarding the daily quality test in plant.
