 Responsible for site supervision of work.  Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management.  Review project plan and update on a regular basis.  Checked the site works for foundation and superstructure including water proofing treatments, concrete.  Pouring, shuttering and formwork, production of concrete, precast elements, masonry construction and finishes.  Co-ordination with Electrical and Mechanical department.  Co-ordinate review of contractor’s submittals, job procedure, drawings and materials.  Ensure compliance with client quality objective.  Preparation of sub contractor’s R.A. bills.  Review project programme and update on a regular basis.  Monitor safety and quality of contractor’s efforts.
