As Highway Engineer from Authority’s Engineer, responsible for establishment of Quality Assurance System at field Checking of tests carried out field by Contractor as per frequency. Monitor work execution as per approved methodology and guidelines as directed by seniors. Ensuring testing and reporting is properly implemented using modern highway construction techniques. Examine work execution as per “Request for Inspection” and advise Contractor promptly regarding deficiency if any. Scrutinize test results/certification of all construction materials and/or Source of Material and undertake additional test if necessary and report to seniors. Monitor and maintain Quality in all aspects. Checking and Ensuring Progress reports (Monthly, Quarterly e.t.c.), Environment Reports or others as desired as per given proforma.
