• Execution of Road work from preliminary stage to completion of work i.e. laying of Earth work, Embankment, Sub grade, GSB, WMM, BM, DBM & BC. • Fixing the T.B.M Pillars and taking of original ground levels and executing the work as per the design drawing. • Preparation of sub-grade, GSB, WMM, DBM and BC layer levels and checking of layer wise bed levels as per designed F.R.L. • Preparation of labour working bills. • Preparing daily progress report which was executed quantities • Mobilization of Labour, Machinery and materials at site. • Supervisor’s duties and work co-ordination and managing of Man power at site work. • Compaction test with the help of Quality control team. • Preparing Material requirement as per site condition. • Preparation of RFI as per design crust levels layer-wise and approved taken from department well in advance for smooth flow of execution. • To co-ordinate with department staff and sub-contractor in the period of execution and also field staff like sub-ordinates. • Preparation of site documents, drawings and specifications as per designed site condition. • Maintaining and preparation of monthly, weekly program me and achieved stage of construction. • Prepared and Maintaining levels as per designed with paver and manual.
