Taking Charge of 2 no. Hot Mix Plants for Bituminous works, 2 no. Wet Mix Plants for WMM
works, 2 no. Batching Plants for Concrete works and 2 no. Crusher Plant.
• Organize and supervise of the laboratory team of Engineers & Technicians to cover all aspect of laboratory.
• Preparing Concrete Mix Designs for different grades for use in various structural members.
• Preparing Job Mix formula for DLC and testing at site.
• Preparing Mix Design for PQC and testing at site and later for confirmation to the requirements.
• Supervising the production / laying / sawing of PQC as and when required
• Preparing JMF for DBM, BC, BM, SDBC, Mastic Asphalt etc. for strengthening works.
• Preparing the Methodology of Embankment, Subgrade, Granular Sub-base, Wet Mix Macadam, Major & Minor Bridges, Culverts, Concrete Works, PQC, DLC, Prestressing of Concrete, Bridge Load Test etc. and various Bituminous layers as per MORT&H/ IRC, IS codes.
• Preparing Quality Assurance Plan for Project.
• Preparing Receiving and Consumption record of Materials ie. DBM, BC, Bitumen, Concrete, Cement, Admixture, Steel etc.
• Calibration of Plants and Lab Equipments.
• Ensuring proper tractability of testing records.
• Preparing of Monthly Progress Report.
• Correspondence with Independent Engineers.
• Attending meetings with NHAI PIU, Independent Engineer (Artefact Projects Ltd.)
and other visiting dignitaries from NHAI.
