    As a Site Engineer for Road construction (I) Baihar To Malajkhand road (Length 32.53 kms) and (II) Lanji to Risewada road (Length 26 kms) Two laning State Highway Project under MPPWD Balaghat (M.P.). Following are few head of works I had done there, (1) Preparation of design, drawing & Estimates. L-section, Cross section of road for computing the quantity of different items to construct the project. (3) Supervision and execution of work such as embankment, cutting, GSB, WBM, B.T. work, structure (slab type culvert, box type culverts, Hume pipe culvert.) work as per design, drawing and IRC specification with approved quality control norms.(4) Site survey for availability of material, manpower . Taking levels, fixing alignment, marking formation level & layout of structure. (5) Taking measurements and preparation billing of completed work, (6) To guide and direct all supervisory staff to do work. (7) Monitoring physically & financially progress etc.
