• Responsible for all construction activities of road construction as per MORT&H specifications, monitoring the Progress of earth works, GSB, WMM, Bituminous works. • Involved in day to day activities of road construction as per MORT&H technical specifications, monitoring the Approval of Designs/Drawings. • Responsible for executing the highway works as per MORT&H technical specifications, Taking OGL s of the road and achieved levels. • Preparation of construction program & Monthly material requirements, Liaison with Consultants & Govt. Officials for Clearance of ROW, Following the Contractual Correspondence, Monitoring Site activities including subcontractors stretches, Get the approval s of RFI from consultants, Planning and utilization of machinery. • Coordinating with Site Engineers and ensuring that work is being executed as per the scope of work and tracking variations in work. • Preparation of weekly programs, monthly programs & Monthly material requirements, Liaison with Consultants & Govt. Officials/consultants for Clearances of utilities and utilizing the manpower and machinery as per the program. • Preparation of Measurements Sheets. Calculating the quantities, Identification of material sources including Borrow areas, stone quarries, calculating the quantities, preparation of measurement sheets.
