• Execute project works as per contract specification, schedule and Milestone in my section. • Providing inputs for preparing the work plans methodology, project/ annual budgets and resource requirements for the scope of works. • Seeking necessary resources from the Project Management and organize the same. • Co-ordinate various activities for the best possible utilization of resources while maintaining the targeted production. • Reporting periodically the progress of the works to the Project Management. • Ensuring compliance of quality and safety standards. • To be responsible for achieving production norms and cost reduction norms. • Providing inputs to quantity surveyor / contract manager for billing variation claims. • Appraising the Project Management regularly on various issues wherein timely Decisions are needed or on client related matters pertaining. • Sub contractors / Piece Rate Workers Billing. • Guidance for maintaining of site records as per Clients requirement & as per IMS policy. • Management of sub-contractors / PRW. • Developing sub-ordinates.
