• An additional responsibility was given to handle the COVID Pandemic inside and outside the plant periphery. I and my team handled the situation as per the government protocol and kept the plant continuous functional without any Tinder on production. • Liaise with a local Govt body and volunteered to set up COVID VACCINATION Centre inside plant premises to administrate the covid vaccine. These initiatives not only benefited employees and their families but also to the sorrounding villagers for both the doses of covid vaccine.
