    While procurement of materials created competitiveness among the vendors to get the best rates / avail maximum discounts without compromise with quality, brand and delivery time by introducing new vendors and procured materials from authorized and proper dealer only, which results to save the cost. I have maintained minimum stock level of items & close monitoring on fast moving items to work without interruption. Proper monitor on inventory by daily physical verification, Materials Tagging, group wise racking/stacking & proper record for materials traceability to avoid doubling in procurement. Identify the non-moving stock & dispatch to other site/depot. Disposing off scrap and returning the rejected material to suppliers. With coordination of planning, QC, execution team, we have introduced some new/Local brand against costly items. As a custodian of materials I have done proper arrangement of safety, preservation of materials. Adopted FIFO for perishable items & close monitor with regards to materials consume within time & reduce wastage. Handling all stores activities independently.
