Scheduling, monitoring Different types of structure like Box Culvert, Minor Bridge, Slab culvert, Pre‐ Cast
panel casting and laying.
Manages contractors by monitoring and controlling performance.
Review & analyse drawing and technical specifications with consultant for structural requirement.
Checking of measurement and running bill as per daily measurement record.
Site execution & proper utilization of machinery and manpower.
Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report and strip charts.
Operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and review
productivity, quality & resolving problems.
Reconciliation of Bulk Material (Steel, Concrete etc.)
Timely and detailed reporting of the status of contractual issues to management
