Job ScopeThe ERP support specialist provides technical and functional day-to-day support for the end users on our ERP applications, handle users request, assist in system testing, development and provide security access.Main Duties and Responsibilities-Perform daily and monthly operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows between different ERP systems.-Handle users support requests and ensure a timely and efficient service.-Assist in the monthly and yearly closing process to ensure a smooth running of operations.-Generate and update ERP technical and business documentations.-Assist in customization of ERP applications to satisfy business needs.-Debug existing applications and reports on JDE and BI to solve users problems.-Stay abreast with the latest development and best practices in the field of the IT and implement the newest techniques.-Testing of whole ERP system according to the client requirement..
