• Ensure timely handover the front to downline activities i.e. Construction works. • Establish safe Construction methodology and ensure the installations are carried out accordingly. • Coordinate with relevant team for smooth installation and commissioning. • Coordination with contractor for finalization of adequate material at sites. • Coordination with Equipment & Plant erection, piping installation agencies to ensure proper support fixture • Adopt robust safety practice at site to avoid any accidents at site • Follow the schedule and Share the progress to senior management • Lead the whole site Construction team and drive to achieve the targets. • Develop and coach the team, resolve grievances and maintain high motivation level in the team. • Design effective and cost-efficient structural solutions to meet organization needs • Manage and schedule resources for structural design, drafting and construction at sites. • Outsource design when necessary to ensure timeframes are achieved and we have the most cost effective compliant design within the budgeted design cost. • Develop concepts for all structural engineering systems to meet our needs. • Mentor and train your Engineers, Managers & Draftsman to carry out their day to today activities. • Development of the department resources in their area of work. • Attending Project review meetings with the Management, Directly responsible for site execution and supervision  adherence to construction execution, Contract and planning process as defined in relevant guidelines/SOP
