• Defining project requirement as per planning regulation and development of project appraisal for management’s approval. • Preparation of various layout drawings related to obtain necessary clearance/NOC from the BDA, Govt. bodies, Development authorities etc. • Development of various site assessment reports, Site surveys & technical reports & their review towards project development & execution. • Review of all technical documents of the project like Site test reports, Structural design report, peer design review of other consultants, development of structural drawings for execution. • Making co-ordination with the Principal Architect, Principal Engineer, Interior designer & MEP Consultants for smooth GFCs procurement. • Preparation of Project Planning, Construction Schedule using MS-Projects software, Budgeting, Quantity surveying, resource planning & monitoring, documentation, commissioning and hand over of project. Assessment of Zero Cost Value (Baseline Budget) of the project. • Oversee the construction work of the project at site and to supervise all the work is as per drawing, specification and quality manner, within the budgeted cost.
