• I have been extensively engaged in construction & supervision of flexible pavement & Rigid pavement of various component such as Embankment, Subgrade ,Grannular-sub- base( GSB ), Dry lean concrete( DLC ), Pavement Quality Concrete( PQC ), Road Marking, Quality control and bed Testing etc.
• The spectrum of experience covers construction of highway project as per MORTH specifications using modern machinery.
• Responsible for planning of resources for execution of Earthwork, GSB, DLC & PQC etc.
• I am responsible for Mobilization of manpower, material & equipment at project site for achieving smooth project execution activities as per raised RFI.
• Responsible for supervision, coordination and scheduling of activities of works programmed & Raised RFI. To analyze survey reports, L-section, cross section drawings.
• Responsible for land acquisition & utilities shifting.
• Preparing DPR and RFI with Enclosures (Level sheet, measurement sheet, etc.).
• To check & review daily progress report of execution as per our works programmed.
• Ensure execution of the works on site as per approved design and drawing with quality and safety norms.
• Coordination with consultants, concessionaire, Engineer & sub-contractor etc. for approval of raised RFI on daily basis.
• Liasoning with local people and govt. body for land acquisition and utilities shifting. To check and maintain road inventory for hindrance status.
