Employee Lifecycle: Smooth Supporting the On boarding process - Helping the new joiner familiarize themselves with the firm through the buddy process Enhancing the new joiner connect with the team through continuous engagement Driving the performance development process for the respective service line. Managing the exit management process Driving the Firm's Rewards and Recognition program Support team with the year end activities MIS Reporting Utilizing HR Management Systems to accurately capture employee related information. Working on monthly reports and ensuring timely circulation. Maintaining weekly, monthly exit, joining databases Providing monthly dashboards to HR Head and Management on employee joining ratio, attrition rate, organization charts etc, Giving Accurate & Error free report to Management as on required Policy & Processes Ensure effective implementation of HR policies Facilitate employee transfers, deputation and confirmations as per process Meet required statutory compliance on an ongoing basis Encourage and educate employees to use HRIS system. Training & Development Identifying the proper forum and curriculum of training and development of skills of the people/employees. Periodical evaluation of the candidates imparted skill development. Preparing monthly training schedule and coordinate its implementation at “Hall of Inspiration”. Assisting Head HR with Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets and in the production and distribution of various publications (e.g., training reports, calendar schedule, workbooks, instructional guides, newsletters, etc.) Developing MIS Reports on T&D. Establish contacts with internal and external instructors and handle the logistics of the courses. Employee Engagement/Welfare and CSR Planning, Organizing and implementing various employee welfare policies. Develop new welfare programs to attract and retain staff. Arranging employee engagement activities viz. Inter Departmental sport activity, Family meet, Day out with differently-abled kids, etc Impact of companies operation on people life and reaction to the same. Basic needs of people & to the extent they expect us to meet them such as health, education, sanitation, electricity, water, shelter etc. Making out the proposal on the basis of the study conducted and presenting it to the management for their action/ approval. Plan, execute, monitor and review central community development programs. Liaise with local communities, govt agencies and legislative officials, and NGOs for CSR requirements.
