• Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
• Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees
• Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the
• Organization at all levels.
• Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records.
• Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
• Handling group related Queries
• Oversee all operations paying attention to areas in need of improvement and making notes of employees who are struggling.
• Interact with employees make recommendations and ensure all workers are fully capable and understand their duties and succeed.
• Assign task to operational team based on individual employee talents.
• Monitor progress of special projects ensuring work is completed correctly and on schedule
• Design and lead training programs so all team members are capable of succeeding in all tasks.
• Resolved conflicts between employees on daily basis putting negotiation and persuasion techniques into practice.
