• Responsibility for planning, scheduling, quality and management of all activities of highway such as Earth work, SG, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC,DLC,PQC,BOX AND PIPE CULVERT ETC. • Responsibility for preparation, monitoring & timely execution of project from (km. 321.600 to km. 350.000) of WARTH WORK, SG, GSB, DLC, PQC, WMM, DBM, BC etc with my junior staff. • Also responsible of ensuring that the construction methods are as per technical requirement, environmental standards and inspection of construction equipment etc. Therefore they running smoothly, safely with less idle time. • Record measurements, authorise payments to contractor and maintain records of measurements. • Verification of quality of the works executed, actual quantities executed insure compliance to quality assurance and quality control.
